| Here at Huntingtonized Federal Credit Union, we offer many types of services to our members. Below is a list of the services we offer at little or no charge. |

VISA CHECK CARD (Debit card) - With a valid share draft account. (Limit
1 card per year at no charge)

Share Draft/Checking - No monthly service fees, no minimum balance, overdraft
protection from shares/savings-$2.00 for each transfer, free checks for ages 55 and
over

ATM/STAR Card - No charge (Limit 1 card per year at no charge)

Statement printout - $1.00

Notary Service - No charge

Copying - No charge

Cashiers Checks - Limit 2 per month at no charge - $1.00 fee per check
will be assessed thereafter

Internet Teller - No charge

Member Privilege - Most transactions that overdraw your personal Share Draft account will be covered up to a $300.00 limit. Nsf fee for any paid or returned item will be $25.00 per item.

Money Orders - $1.00 fee for per check

Dormant Account Fee $5.00 per month (after 6 months of inactivity)

ATM/STAR or VISA CHECK CARD = $5.00 replacement fee

INACTIVE ACCOUNT POLICY
Review and revision: July 2001
A. An account will be declared inactive if any of the following
occur:
- Member has a balance of less than $20.00 and does not use any other service of the credit union.
- Member does not have a good
mailing address and cannot be located.
- There has been no activity for 6 months and the account is less than $20.00
B. A $5.00 Per month fee will be charged on all inactive accounts.
